Yeah, brief but kind of interesting. Wish we would figure out where it's from. Had to come from another clip on YT somewhere.

Found it!.. I shoulda been a detective! I noticed in the bottom corner at the end of the clip was a musical note - the Tik-Tok logo! For those who are not familiar with it Tik-Tok is an app for sharing music-based short videos. Underneath it and the Chinese writing was a bit more Chinese writing followed by "hanxia5201314". I wondered if this was the user-name of the Tik-Tok account so tried searching for it on the app but that came up fruitless. I then searched for it on Google, which led me to this page: https://xiaohulu.com/video/user_detail?plat=201&roomid=97965215465 'Bingo!' I thought, but it turned out that this was full of dead links and none of the videos would play .

I eventually found some working links by copying and pasting some of the Chinese characters from that page into Google and found a Facebook page hosting all the videos publicly. I think the page probably belongs to (or is a fan page of) one of the Chinese girls actually featured in the film! I've gone through all the videos currently on the page and posted links to the ones below that folks here are most likely to be interested in.

It looks like it's from a Chinese short film which when translated is titled something like "Dream Catching Girl", "Dream Chasing Girl" or maybe "Chasing the Dream Girl"? Whatever

Sadly, while the girls are beautiful, they appear to be disgusted by the mud. Fun to watch in any event. Good find!

They are actresses. It was probably in the script that they had to appear to be disgusted by it... Which doesn't necessarily mean that they really were!
