That's a great find. I love it. 
When I first saw it I thought it might be an old Playboy cartoon but I don't recognize it. Obviously from some men's magazine of the era. I bet Pete Boggs would know where it came from.

My guess is that it's from a British men's magazine; beyond that, couldn't say...Nice one, though!

It does resemble some cartoons features in early playboys.... The artist may very well have sold his works to them too
