I think this one has not been posted here before:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OETkHMBLX60Seems overly exaggerated, but that mudflat DOES look really sticky and dangerous for the inexperiencend.
Some great, detailed shots and also a warning to stay away from open, public areas. You could be faster on camera than you think...

It makes you realize how far a little knowledge goes. Something one of us could get out of in a few minutes becomes an ordeal for the uninitiated.

Initiated is in the eye of the beholder. It's different for everyone.

Everyone here begun as a Watcher. For some of us that's not enough and we started to venture out, searching and exploring deeper and deeper spots. The first time i sank over my head in a thick, bottomless quaking mire felt like a second baptism

All I meant by "uninitiated" was "someone who hasn't been sinking before".
Don't worry, I'm totally not running a quicksand cult.
Seriously, I mean, just because a bunch of really passionate like minded people meet in my basement sometimes and drink Koolaid and believe I'm going to take them back to my home planet one day, that doesn't make it a cult.
