This looked familiar to me, so I looked through my collection.

I found this in a set of images from someone/someplace called H. P. Mudcraft. It was a collection of quicksand illustrations captured from books and other sources. I don't know if any of it is original to HP, but it does contain images from artists including Toby and Sailormud.

This particular image was not in any sequence where the girl is getting progressively deeper. It's just one picture all by itself.
