Haunted High (Magic persons makes floor disappear and girl sinks in white goo, but floor closes and girl dies with half her body gone.)
Stargirl “can’t remember episode” (Villain puts black goo on the floor beneath a girl and she sinks in, and the goo disappears)
Warehouse 13 “Reset” (man is told to step on small puddle of tar that has been poured onto floor, which man starts sinking in.)

I was curious which were female scenes. I know the D&D scene was male.

Also would the man of steel scene count as it was skulls?

I’ll try do a better list with who’s male and who’s female.

Also Man of Steel wouldn’t count cause it’s not a rug or a floor.
