It's an ad, but I think it still qualifies as a 'nugget' in this case.
Somebody snag it so we can see it in action. I would, but I'm strictly Poser only. ;)

This does look interesting. But it seems to be based on dForce simulation, which has been the cause of some past woes for me. Even so, I am probably going to get this slime pit sooner or later.

I hear you. Dynamic cloth (the Poser equivalent) has been a pain in my tuchuss ever since it was invented. I only recently got my first halfway decent result with a dynamic spiderweb. A shame it's not simpler to use and understand.

I'm not a DAZ folk, but still, this gets the imagination going :P Some of the shades look like they could easily be mud, tar or even glue.

I'm on a budget but will definitely pick this one up hopefully Friday!

I look forward to seeing your results!

I had it, fiddled with, tweaked, adjusted and otherwise attempted to make use of it for 9 days, not once did it perform as expected or desired. Refund processed today.
And it isn't due to a hardware issue, 3 TB of storage, Intel Core i9 XPS 9030 / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super

Well that sucks. It sure looked promising in the advert. Sorry for your time wasted. :( At least they gave your money back. DAZ always was pretty good about refunds.
Have you tried their black goo figure/prop? That might prove a little more useful.

Yeah, I think I'll pass on that one
What is the black goo figure/prop? Cannot find anything like that on the site

My bad, it's not black goo, it's called "Slime Attack". Here it is:
https://www.daz3d.com/slime-attack-vol-1
It's also not really qs, but it does have a 'sinking' prop and pose as well as others that could be interesting. :)
