Reaction to Quicksand Scenes

Postby Tim » Wed Dec 11, 2024 7:07 am

Hi

This might be old news, but something I started searching for, videos on youtube where people watch movies "for the first time" and make observations.

Although 99% of our films are not there yet, you can still find Laurence of Arabia, Princess Bride, and Blazing Saddles to name but three.

The clip below is a nice young lady from Scotland talking about the QS scene, starts about 5 minutes in, and she says it about five times. Best discussion I've found so far. Hope you enjoy and find some more.

Not sure if I watched the same thing you posted, but she is the very definition of a bubblehead. She makes nno sense whatsoever.
Studio 588 currently offers more than 2200 different HD and QD quicksand videos and has supported production of well over 2400 video scenes and other projects by 20 different producers. Info may be found at:

Yep, you watched the right one, Fred. That's when we say, "The lights are on, but nobody's home."
I think I felt my I.Q. drop a few points while watching it. The Q-word sounded pretty nice in her mouth, if maybe dumbed down a little.
Still and all, good find Tim!
I too like watching 'first time watch' videos. Usually for movies or music that I like - I hadn't really thought about doing it for qs content until now, so thanks!
I do, however, remember doing it once for "Supergirl" season 1, episode 10. I only found a couple briefly discussing the quicksand scene, but it was kinda cool.
How long did Tarzan watch before deciding to save Jill..?

I like reaction vids, and I've seen some of Dawn Marie's stuff. Not one of my favorite reactors for sure. She does tend to be a little airheaded. Now if Wee Lass Reacts or Mary Cherry were to talk about quicksand...I'd listen to them the way some people listen to ASMR. :D

I grew up very few miles from the City of Marblehead, MASS, which is a coastal town on a Cape that projects eastward in to the Atlantic. Because of its projection into the Atlantic, we had an expression, "Dawn Breaks on Marblehead," which was based the town's geography but used to people who just did not get it. Given her name, and apparent nature, I think the expression is apt here.

I do enjoy these type of scenes and have searched for a couple on purpose. My favorite one to search for are first reactions to the Quicksand scene in prey.

I would surely love for someone to do a series of react videos to MPV's inventory of quicksand scenes!
The difference between theory and reality is that, in theory, there is no difference between theory and reality.
