Quicksand Fans

I can across a picture of that deleted scene of "George Of The Jungle", with Leslie Mann stuck in quicksand. Can anybody verify it?

Looking at the lower right corner, I see that it is Duncan's work.

Duncan has a number of threads in the AI forum, with the content containing the same "MPV Intelligence" label.

That is one of Duncan's AI pieces. He does clearly label his works in the copyright in the bottom right corner.

That said I'm surprised you took this as a real deleted scene. The image is very obviously not a real photo of a real human with its plastic look and weird body composition, as is common with AI.

The closest to any type of sinking scene in the George of the jungle movies would be the end of the second movie where the two bad girls fight a kangaroo and it simply jumps on their shoulders back and forth pushing them into the earth then the screen moves away and they are never seen again. It would have been nice to see them struggle at least when they were stuck. Oh well.

Does somebody has the real deleted scene? I heard about it and it really happened.

It was a real picture they did shoot, but it was cut from the movie

I'll have to dig around, but there is a photo from the actual scene that was cut.

Apparently the gal fell in, went under and is rescued by George - who goes under her and comes up with her on his shoulders. I first I saw of the photo was in a fan magazine in a check-out rack.

Later, I read that the scene was cut because it scared the kiddies in a screening.
