Ah, shit... Another art thief. If he won't remove her comic from his gallery, I'll try to remove him from DA. Art theft is not tolerated there.

This is INDEED Momo's (Rocio Perez's) work, I believe she did it as a commission for Downunder, and it's missing the last page or two where the damsel saves herself. If he doesn't have Momo's or Downunder's permission (especially Momo's permission, since she as the original artist maintains the copyright), he better remove it from his gallery at once or someone at DeviantArt ought to take action.

It's not the first time when someone posts Momo's works at DA. In previous cases, the guys were cooperative. They just said that it's a pity that such great comic is not available at DeviantART, so they thought it would be OK to post it. After being warned, they removed those postings.

Yeah, I also got notes from the staff today that they "resolved the problem" and "the deviation has been removed". Good, but way too slow.
