Quicksand Fans

I haven't seen this talked about on the board...but then, i've been away for a while.

A Minnesota woman was stuck for three days in the northern part of the state. a couple of ATV riders came across her car in the forest.
They searched around until all they could see was her face poking out of the ground. They thought it was a body until they heard a whisper of "help me!" They dug her out after her being trapped for 3 days. I linked the story...

Sounds frightening, honestly... Though I bet it would make good inspiration for some of the more creative people here.

It looks like two tourists women were trying to take photos of some flamingos in an Italian park. And they ignored some signs and got stuck and had to be rescued. I guess you better watch where you step.

Let's post about quicksand news items here, in this (sticky) topic. This will help keep Nuggets from getting cluttered with low level items.

Thanks.
