A damn good attempt, I'd say. Two women mud wrestle for a bit, then one of them is sucked under. There's also a really cool computer generated cutaway sequence of the girl sinking beneath the surface.

Always better to bring it up and be certain but yeah, there was extensive discussion earlier -

This is a cool scene. Hard to find if true though, their disclaimer mentions names and such have been changed so the sorority name and persons names are not true, but the disclaimer says it is based on actual facts. If it is all fake then great imagination on the producers part for this quicksand story.

If a fake, our writers here couldn't have come up with a better scenario. The good girl saved at the last minute and the bad girl is sucked under to her doom in what she thought was just a few inches of mud.

I doubt very seriously that anything like this could have ever happened without anyone here ever hearing about it. After the first posting I still went back and researched it intensely and found nothing. Not surprisingly this is yet another example of unreal "reality" television.

Just about the only thing that could have made it more obviously unreal is if the Sorority was called Kappa Dat Ass.
But, it was pretty entertaining. I'm thinking that an extended version of that whole mess might be fun to shoot....
