Look at the left side of the panorama. Isn't it a road with many cars on it that goes along the river?
There’s so many different worlds
So many different suns
And we have just one world
But we live in different ones

I see it too but I see some tall trees here and there between the road and the mud...if the foliage is sufficiently dense, I'd try sinking there.

In such a place I would camp overnight in the forested center and use my camp as a base for exploring up and down stream for several kilometers. I would definitely not come away empty handed from such a location and would indeed find my 'happy place'!

<Steven and NJ break into a Broadway showtune singing...>

"Grey skies are going to clear up, put on a happy face!
Grab all your stuff and gear up, sink into your happy place!"

<A chorus line of sinker cuties joins them as the music plays...>

It's Avon Gorge about 10 mins from my house.
The riverbanks range from ankle deep to over my head liquid mud, much fun to be had when it warms up in the summer and the tide is low. Lotsofmud (google it) film some of their videos and photoshoots in that area as well, and by the way it's my first post so hi to all on this cool little forum :D
