Interestingly enough, YouTube has started a new policy and blocked comments for the cartoon because of, as soon as I listed my videos as never made for kids' (a new feature). They don't want kids seeing any discussions of the kind, yet the video itself remains.
Amazing to see how fast the views count went up. A lot of people must have been looking for that one.

I remember this! Nice thick hollywood quicksand, at least in the initial fall. Been looking for this scene for a while but couldn't remember what show it was from, Thanks for posting!

the Sheena series had a few more QS scenes: one where a guy sinks being chased by baddies & Sheena turns into a gorilla & pulls him out. The other one was a modeling shoot where 3 girls all fall into quicksand at the same time - sinking up to their noses before rescue

I found an English version of the episode in New Adventures of Ocean Girl with the quicksand scenes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTM8tdmJpV8Also, the Amphibia cartoon series has a chibi short where Anne winds up in quicksand. Maybe this means that an actual episode may have quicksand in the near future.
