What show is it from?

Here's a still from a relatively recent One Piece episode. After the mermaid arc, Caribou (guy who turns himself into mud) had a small arc of his own, with 1 picture each week. One of these was a picture of him trying to sink more mermaids. When he appeared in a recent episode, they added most of these pictures in as stills. So, there's no accompanying scene or animation, but it's still nice to see the pic in color.

The manga has it at Chapter 48.

The anime version of the scene in Komi San can’t communicate aired resentful. It was short and cute

Q: Was the girl in "PREY" 18 or older? She looked young. I found a reference to a casting call for the role that says "Kee" is 19. Is that her name?
