If an item bears a copyright notice then it is NOT legal to post it UNLESS one has the permission of the copyright owner. In some cases the owner might not object but its still illegal without permission.

I admit that getting that taken down may cost me money and maybe I'm being silly.

Sorry to have broken the rules. But the original post on this thread leads to an entire YouTube channel that has nothing on it but producer-specific material...and until this morning, that exact clip was among them.
