I've been searching for where this particular picture came from, but have so far been unsucessful. Anyone happen to know where it's from? I found it on a random image search, but couldn't find any info on it.

Something about Notre Dam (spelling) if I remember rightly. has been posted here before.

And it's harder for me to believe she's the one who starred in that YSL perfume advert a few years ago.
