I've done some searching with the aid of Google Translate! I was hoping to find some video on youtube or myvideo.de (seeing as it's German) but alas no luck. I was however, able to establish that the photo was from the 2004 season of the show and her name is Caroline Beil.
Found a few more pictures too!

If memory serves, Catherine is from the TV series 'JAG' and the realty show " I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! "

\OOPS! Sorry bout that. But the name so very close; Caroline Biel/Catherin Bell! .And they favor each other so very much! Just got it confused with Catherine. Hope to have Cathy do a scene!!

Too bad there is no video of this event/scene; looks like it would be quite good.

I remember in the first season of JAG, before Catherine Bell, Harm's partner did wind up in quicksand while on a undercover assignment.
