Who did the "hats" animation?

Who did the "hats" animation?

Last spring someone here posted an animation whch I believe was called "The Hats," or perhaps just "hats." I have lost track of who did it and cannot find the post. Can anyone help?

Could you be referring to the video called "Country Gal's Fate"? At the end of that poser animated video, there are a number of hats floating on the surface of the quicksand bog, after numerous people fall in while trying to retrieve the hats.
