were to buy safely

Postby gilligansunder » Sun Sep 03, 2017 8:48 pm

Hi, I recently learned of some videos for sale of men in quicksand. However, I am a little intimidated to buy them because they are on Clips4sale.com. I have heard a lot of complaints about this provider and I don't trust them with my credit card. I was wondering if anyone knows of a place I can buy from safely with no fear of being ripped off or of computer viruses. Thanks.

If Clips4sale wasn't trustworthy, then producers here wouldn't offer their products on that site.

I've bought loads of stuff from Clips4Sale, never had any major issues. On odd occasions there are sometimes technical problems, but their customer service is top notch and they reply to emails extremely quickly. I honestly think they are among the best in the business for what they do!

I have not had any dealings with Clipsforsale but one way to greatly minimize the risk with online credit card sales in general is to have two credit cards (different accounts), one with a very small credit limit, and use that one for small, online purchases. In any case it is generally the case that the bank is responsible for fraudulent purchases so long as the customer reports them properly.
Studio 588 currently offers more than 2200 different HD and QD quicksand videos and has supported production of well over 2400 video scenes and other projects by 20 different producers. Info may be found at:

This is incorrect. Fraudulent charges land in the lap of the merchant in question. The only way card holders lose out is by not paying attention to activity on their accounts.

You can make the case that the cost of fraud is shouldered by everyone (merchants have to charge more to cover their loses etc.). But in general, the idea that card holders can be fleeced by criminals is one generally encouraged by people selling 'protection' of one sort or another.

Back on topic; Clips4Sale is fine at what they do. But I would recommend purchasing directly from producers when possible. C4S takes 40% of the revenues on scene purchases (the highest percentage I am aware of).

First, I agree fully it is better to buy directly from the producer when that is possible, especially if the price is the same and you want to encourage more production. The point is the consumer is not on the hook if he/she is paying attention and is not part of the fraud. The bank will charge the fraudulent charge back to the merchant who made the fraudulent charge. Of course, there are cases where a legitimate charge is fraudulently repudiated by the customer and there are also cases where card information is intercepted and used. Thieves make everything more expensive for the rest of us.
