Yea, that's an icon I made for the Deep Sinking forum.
The frame grab is from an episode of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
I don't recall the episode identifier. The scene itself is very 'Hollywood'.

The episode is called "The Road to Calydon" and there's a clip at
