Quicksand Fans

I know I JUST posted here recently but I have suddenly found out about a picture that was a mystery to me until a few days ago. I was told the picture is from a movie called Outlaw Stallion. The movie might also go by the name Phantom Stallion. Can someone elaborate on this movie and the scene I am referring? If anyone has the scene from the movie I would much appreciate it because I have looked high and low for it and any information regarding the movie and can find nothing. Again, I apologize for already asking about a clip previously I don't want to seem greedy.

HI ,I have the movie on VHS tape found it a comet videos for 15$ not a bad buy !?
