Pretty sure that's Dixie Comet (now known as Tina Lee Comet). Probably in one of Fred's scenes - my guess is "Prison Without Walls"

I have privately messaged Fred and he has confirmed that I was correct on the model but not the scene. Apparently he's not allowed to refer to specific scenes in the public forums, so if you want to know which scene it is you can either private message me or Fred
