Sinking places new england
Hi there. Just a curious question of some possible good sinking spots in new england area. Especially interested in quarry spots as well as tips for them. Super nervous about getting into them. Very novice here myself but am super interested

Don’t know just where in New England you are - but I spent several summers long ago in southern Rhode Island. There are some salt ponds along the ocean shore (Winnapaug, Quonochontaug, and Ninigret) that are connected to the ocean. There are a lot of spots along the sand bars on the pond sides of the strips along the ocean. The only problem is that they are pretty much out in the open. If you try early in the morning or at dusk (mosquitos!), you can kind of slip by without being too visible. If you are anywhere near there, it is worth a look. Also, there is an area near Kingston, RI (southern part of state) named Great Swamp - some possibilities in there, as well.
