I get asked this sort of question (in the original post) fairly frequently. Aside from having to come to my location, I would want to have a few details about you (sent direct, of course, and not posted in a public location. Someone asked about this, in fact, less than two weeks ago. Please take note that if the potential model refuses to divulge such details, that person will not be taken seriously.

Finally, while I cannot speak for other producers, I do shoots where the model is paid, but I also do shoots where the "model" pays me. There are multiple factors involved.
