You'll need an older version of DIVX web player to watch the film (see the troubleshooting guide) but I had a quick flick through and it looks like the scene you are looking for is a portly gent struggling in mud under some water. Essentially someone flailing in a river.
Might be more to it, what exactly did you think the scene entailed?
