Quicksand Fans

I have been on chat lots of times,do others go on there.I wonder as i only chat with fred558.Please let me know the best time,im in london.Thanks in advance for your assistance.RICHARD

No offense taken. Best time, in terms of the chances of finding people in chat, is evenings (US time) and weekends.

I have noticed, with increasing frequency, people who come in to the chat room but never speak. This may be due to their comming in while using a smart phone, Blackberry, or something similar. It appears that such devices can be used to enter the room but not to chat or see other's comments. I suspect this has to do with a Java issue.

Activity in the chat room seems to vary quite a bit, generally pretty slow in the summer. I am there myself almost every evening from September to June, but in the summer I tend to be busier with video shoots and other things that conflict with chatting.
