Quicksand Fans

Are there any good Halloween quicksand stories involving m/f? I'm also looking for a specific story posted on DeepSinking for the Halloween contest a few years back where during a teasure hunt a guy helped his female boss to escape quicksand and went under himself. (One line I think I can recall is "he reached, fell far short, and went under")
