Konstantin Mikulenko. That's his YouTube username, at least. I've no answer to the existential question of who he is or what his connection with the quicksand community or entertainment industry is.

is it legal to post those previews up though. i know its illegal to post the full videos, but i was just wondering if what he was doing was legal?

If an item bears a copyright notice then it is NOT legal to post it UNLESS one has the permission of the copyright owner. In some cases the owner might not object but its still illegal without permission.

That guy didn't ask ME if he could load my "Nessie, Quicksand Girl" trailer up there.
I admit that getting that taken down may cost me money and maybe I'm being silly.
For anybody who is sad to see it gone, I know where it came from...here's the secret URL to a downloadable version.

Sorry to have broken the rules. But the original post on this thread leads to an entire YouTube channel that has nothing on it but producer-specific material...and until this morning, that exact clip was among them.

Thank you for pointing that out ( I wasn't aware of that, and I doubt Ted was either).
So, by extension of the rule, that link has been removed as well.
