Why do we do it? Why are we attracted to hypnotic things like stepping outside the "depth" of cleanliness?

Very good. You escaped with your footwear. My reality was often to return with at least one shoe missing.

Crotch deep in sticky clay with all that gear on ... yah, I'd say you were testing the self extraction limits maria.
