May we all settle into our new virtual online quicksand here at Quicksand Fans as comfortably as if it was 100% real bog.

I love this for a lot of reasons. You may not believe this but you've considerably broadened my horizons on sinkwear. Add to that the natural location, doing it without a photographer, and having you for the subject makes it great. Hope to see you here a lot. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you post in the "Home Movies" section as well.

Yes, that is a nice picture.
And it looks like your sinking spots have improved as well.

Great pic!
You are quite the actress, Nessie. You capture perfectly the lady who has dressed up in nice clothes and deliberately walked into a bog. As she sinks to her hips, she is feeling slightly nervous, but is overwhelmed at the intensity of the feeling as the cool mud draws her deeper and deeper.
Or- weren't you acting?

She's all dressed up and has someplace to go... down!
Cool outfit, Nessie! And an equally cool mud hole! Thanks for sharing!

Looks so doughy and delightful. I like how it looks like water except around you where its true muddy nature becomes apparent.

Very nice, Nessie! You look lovely in there...
Sigh... reminds me I have to wait for a few more months before I can do the same in my pit...

Might be awhile. Last year was not particularly good for the ol' self-filming schtick, but interested parties may see the red silk shirt in action (for a little bit, anyway) on my YouTube (see my profile). I got a little footage of it last year...right before the rainstorm hit.
The good news: This same general area WAS muddy enough for me to use as of the last two weekends! A mite bit cold, but...I have ways.
