Home Made Peat Pit (M)
Here are some photos of a peat moss pit mixed with some clay that happened to be in the ground as well when I dug the hole. Sadly since then the pit has dried up, might revive it at some point in warmer weather.

The top was but only about less than I'd say a quarter of an inch when I was in it, before it looked pretty good and thick. Could have been thicker but it was a first time trying it out.

Thats cool pit! I wanted to build one. but I'd want it to be 4x4x3, square, walls made of concreate or waterproof wood and then liner, then have to figure out the right measurement of material and water for the right sinking and escape. Impressive. How deep is it?

That sounds like a nice idea for an indoor one, good for the winter months! As far as depth it was about chest deep for me roughly 3.5' to 4' deep
