There are other pits all over SL to choose from, I know. But this particular pit is easy for me to pose, since the avatar does not sink automatically. Somehow the sinking action for the sim is suspended. I have to do the arrows to make the victim sink, thus allowing me to stop the avatar animation, then pose the right movements for struggling, thrashing and sinking without the scene shifting. Just like a model posing for the camera! I like the mud circles around the victims too, not so much the swrily like with some pits. The circular undulating mud seems more realistic. I will try to find ohter pits. It's just this one is a favortie. Maybe it's time for me to own some land in SL to create my own pits that I can control!

Thanks for your compliment! I have series of these that I will be posting. Unfornutely, my favorite swamp in SL has been dismantled. I liked the quicksand at Neptune Flora because the sinking action on the sim was suspended, making it possible to use lots of effective poses! But I still got lots of pics left! Check out more on my Yahoo page!!

Here is one I just did in one of the swamps at Toy's Toys! It's part of a kinda 'soap opera' series I may do with captions someday!

Young roving reporter gets a tip about a scam. She ventures out a home in the Bayou! Unaware of the dangerous terrain, she steps into deep trouble!!!
