What's Second Life?!

I don't know what Second Life is. Is it a video game where people walk around looking for mud? What is it?

It's an online game kind of like the SIMs if I were to compare it to something, only it's fully populated by other online players and the scope and freedom in the game is vastly beyond that of the SIMs. The game isn't solely based on quicksand, but obviously there is quicksand in it. Just check out secondlife.com to see for yourself.
