Back in the day when I tooled around in SL as Pendragon Ihnen, my friend Dilynrae talked me into videotaping her sinking at the original Quicksand Cove when it was in Tuvalu. I used a program called Fraps... you should be able to find it with a cursory google search. The resulting video was called "A Bad Day at Quicksand Cove"

No need to use abandoned programs like Fraps.

Use OBS, its 100% free and by far the best streaming tool available nowadays for capturing games or applications. Its what all the streamers on sites like twitch tv use and stuff.
