A Full sim is about $300/month

Then the cost of buying everything to build it up, $100 at least.

So $100 up front plus recurring each month.

Well i pay about 1000 lindens a week for rent the space for my little marsh! But i used to just pay a place when i dont have to much offline times...if im more off than online i let the rent Rran out and build a new swamp when i have the time for it. The pits, trees, and all are a one time purchase and its not to hard to build a new area
