Oddly enough my fave is Bianna. That's because she's clearly looking up at something overhead and not around her. I read that to suggest that she's just spotted the police helicopter that's taking part in the search for her. We don't know if they've seen her yet but even if they have, can they find a place to land and get to her before it's too late? Or are things so desperate that they'll have to hover and let down a rope for her to grab?

The 'not knowing' somehow works for me and cranks up the dramatic tension of the pic. Her 'endowments' are just the frosting on the cake, so to speak.
