That muskeg can be a real problem up north when it gets a little too warm :D A belated merry Christmas and an early happy new year!

Well the helpers seem to be having fun and my presents didn't have that much mud on them! Thanks and a Happy New Year to you too (I'm a bit early but it is New Year somewhere).

I missed a few days, the cat decided my office chair was a nice place to sleep - did you know cats sleep 16 hours a day and the other 8 hours are during the night!

A bit of a different set tonight, I was going for something dystopian/apocalyptic and a bit disturbing. I may have succeeded, they disturbed me a bit.

Don't panic, I'll post something a bit more cheerful later.

Catch-up post, a mixed bag of some things I've worked on recently.

The first pair were an attempt to see how good I could get eyes, these were the best I got. Only problem is that they use the most resource intensive options and high numbers of step iterations to be this good, which means they eat up GPU memory for breakfast and take ages. I thought they were pretty good though.

This is meant to be Modesty Blaise (a fictional spy), most of the book covers I've seen featuring her have her as dark haired, must have missed some.

Norma Jean, bit surprised when the AI threw out a monochrome with colour pop lips!

Not anybody in particular, just thought she looked quite nice.

Yes, the Marilyn ones were a pleasant surprise, there were a few of them, mostly non-sinking, but SD does odd things from time to time (the Santa with boobs one got thrown up unbidden in the "little helpers" session). I was pleased with the "eyes" ones, that is about as far as I have been able to get someone sunk in SD, I think it has restrictions to stop anything that looks fatal etc.

For today's posts I had a go at Kate Beckinsale, not wholly convincing but some quite nice pics anyway.

Oh Selene, what have you gotten yourself into?

Question: What happens to vampires, when they "drown" in quicksand? I guess she has all the time in the world to work her way out

I stepped away for a while and now it's like I'm seeing another generation of these things. Maybe it's just imagination but this latest bunch is really becoming real. Love the Happy New Year work especially. Please continue.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.
