Well, you won't get your boots and suit back if you don't help her, I suppose that is a courtesy of sorts. I was wondering if you'd comment on the red suit, I thought that was quite a nice outfit . Good fit and easily visible as well.

That yellow rainjacket is such a classic!
I can totally imagine her hiking along the waddensea, not noticing that the ground did gradually change from solid sand to deceptive, waterlogged silt until it's too late and she did hit the patch of soft (quick)mud.

Struggling's cool, nothing wrong with struggling. Then the stripped and unbound, had to think for a moment, that was the day before, still it's never too late; well, except when it's really too late. I liked the clothed duo, that one's been waiting a few days to post. The lady in the second set was meant to be in the first set but I mis-selected, still it gave me an easy caption.

I've seen videos of that area I think, they do walks there don't they? But yes. very reminiscent of there and her clothing would be appropriate.

He's suggested she wore boots, these were her tallest. But there were stories about his escapades circulating amongst her friends, so not wishing to mess up decent clothes, she chose to wear a swimsuit instead! She wondered if he'd be surprised, but apart from a slight hesitation he seemed happy enough!

Yes, mudflat hiking is one of the activities there. You can wander from the shore all the way to the frisian islands. WHEN you know the tides, your direction and the areas to avoid. There are quite often stories of folks (tourists) who got stuck in the mud and did need a rescue. I think in the UK there are a lot of similar areas.

That's indeed a difficult one. With all her struggling she did churn and soften the mud around and beneath her way too much and when she tries to lift her arms up out of the mud she drives her body even deeper. (Also her swamped boots are not exactly helping...) I'm going to get two long sticks and push them into the mud so she can grab them. Also i will need some board/plank for myself before i can get even near her. After all that hauling out i'm gonna ask her what did she do out here, at my favorite spot in my favorite bog without my permssion!
