While I still think these pics are great, I defer to and agree with Dave’s comments above. I recognize every one of your depictions, but not everyone would. I have never put in all the work the producers and models have, so I guess I’m spoiled and failed to recognize that.

I’ve been playing around a lot with ChatGPT and I’ve generated a ton of images. Here are some of them. All the images are from quicksand models from quicksand scenes created by these three producers. Quicksand Visuals, Jump Off Joe and DownLoadDreams.com. Can you correctly guess the scenes and the models?

If you lack the empathy to understand how irritating this can be for the people who endured the cost and effort to create the actual *real* images, I don't know what to say.

I agree with what Dave said concerning sources. As for any Studio 588 sources, if your work reproduces a situation or pose, that is ok so long as the model herself is not recognizable. If she is, then it would be my view that the new work is a derivitive and therefore not allowed with express permission. The same applies to any work produced using any form of AI to modify the orignal. In that case, permission is also required but will generally be denied.

This isn't your art. This is you taking my photos and uploading them to another application you didn't design. This is sort of like you taking an image of a car off of the internet and saying that you designed it.

If you want to create the images for your own, private, personal use (and not share them), that's fine. But let's be clear about who created the original photo, and who put the time, effort, money, and everything into creating it. Not crediting me for that is worse than a slap in the face.

Hey Jump Off Joe, sorry about that, I'll make sure to credit the original sources next time in the future. I guess I was brand new to AI when I made this post and I didn't really think about it. The models that can be seen in the pictures are Karma, Mercy West and Selene Drake.

Mate, just delete the thread and start over. It's not hard to create these from scratch. You're pissing off original creators and making it hard for the rest of us to look legitimate.
