Cerberus, I saw settings of Weights for Lora's, what settings do I need to activate the Lora? And do I have to see the Lora name in the prompt to active?

I think you have to have the Lora reverence appear in the prompt, that's how I've always used them. The weight is the number after the ":" and before the final parenthesis. The weight is defaulted to 1 when you select the Lora, but you can adjust it as you wish. Lowering the weight reduces the effect of the Lora and raising it increases the effect. How much effect the weight has can vary from Lora to Lora so you will need to experiment a bit to get the setting you like best.

I just gave it the picture and a short prompt "girl sinking in mud in swamp" and it generated a video (originally 5 seconds but you can extend to 10 seconds). It is a bit hit and miss, mostly miss, but sometimes you get something interesting. The original link came from MDLambert, see recent posts on his thread on this forum section. This was another I did:

Cerberus, I think I messed up with settings again...I only get images of woman laying on the quickand and not the depth how deep they must be be in the quicksand...what do I do wrong?....

You haven't given me a lot to go on here. I've noticed you do batches with the same seed, if the seed resolves to a pic of a woman laying down most of the pics in the batch will look similar. In this case try a different seed.

Other reasons for pics of women laying down are:

- landscape format or wide screen aspect ratio,
- specifying an overhead view looking down on the subject,
- specifying footwear (if you are specific about footwear the AIs tend to assume you expect to see it).

Without more information that's about all I can suggest. If none of these apply, post a picture and I'll see if there's anything in the settings or prompt syntax.

That's pretty good. There's an extend option, you can use that to extend the clip by another 5 seconds. It's a bit flakey though, but works sometimes. I think extending twice is the limit, usually the third 5 seconds is bad. If you try for a fourth it never gets done.
