It's been a few years since I started working with AI. For all the steps backward with random things from censorship to erratic outputs, the general trend is moving forward. Basically, you reach the point of "...and then it gets better."
For me, it's also more "...and then it got easier". A lot of things I had to do manually are now automated by stronger and more responsive AI, in all areas - image creation and animation.
With that, we've reached the point where we're no longer making imitations of classic scenes - but now we can make them better.
My first attempt is the Xena and Callisto scene. Originally I used the original scene as the source, but the angles weren't that great. I also wanted to "enhance" the character design (read: boobs, 'cause why not?), so I ended up creating new character references and making a new setting rather than the original scene.
My version is just under 4 minutes starting from when they are already waist-deep. It ends with an alternate double-submersion, with the implication that Xena does get out. I didn't want to waste time (and money) remaking the part we already know, so I felt this sufficed as a remake without changing the "canon" of the scene.

Shelby Woo
A modernised AI remake of the Shelby Woo quicksand scene from The Seminole Mystery.
The original teen detective series was a fun spin on the genre, and the scene itself was high quality, albeit very brief.
In the Reimagined version, Shelby is noticeably older, but has returned to the excavation site - perhaps for one last time.
A "premium" version with more fanservice can be downloaded on my DA page:

WOW!
Those are very good.
You could win a movie award for those clips.
And I agree with MadMax too.
Great, keep up the good work

Re: Classic Scenes Remade and Reimagined
These are all three, indeed, quite good. I always liked the Shelby Woo scene - the quicksand consistency was quite good for a TV production - a good self-rescue - also always wished it was longer. You captured the drama of the THJ scene; it got my pulse running just to watch it - always my favorite mainstream scene. You also managed to include both a submersion (nice) and the rescue. The original Xena/Callisto scene quicksand was too dry, but you fixed that. Thanks for posting these. Any more in the works? -Jack

Likely. In case you missed it, I do offer some exclusive alternates as bonus material for purchase. For example, I accidentally make a B&W version of THJ... and I went with it.
Given how potent current AI tools are, it looks like there's a hit list of classic scenes that would actually look really good in high defintion, colourised and modernised, not to mention tweaked for our specific interest.
A sneak peek of Helena from The Mighty Hercules cartoon.

Superb work as always, viridian . . . Your scenes get better and better, my favourites being the field trip and cheerleaders stories
I'd like to suggest a remake of the Hammer " Honds Of The Baskervilles "nding, which was far too short ?
Anyway, just keep doing what you are doing and we can all look forward to more of your excellent work.
