I'm working on finishing an old pencil drawing digitally, and I'd like it to have a little extra polish--more than I alone would be able to give it. Thus, I come to humbly seek advice from the artists more experienced than I. Anything that anyone would be willing to offer would be vastly appreciated!

where her legs meet the cement try to make curved lines. Imagine the thighs as Saturn and the ripples as it's rings. You can also use tiny dots for the cement texture like I did here
