In Australia, a road resurfacing job gone wrong resulted in a tarmac turning into just tar that really messed up vehicles:

LOL......it's a pothole. You can see the patch where it was (badly) repaired before. The moron that wrote this should be put to work on a road crew for a month as punishment.
