The CPU Candidate of Lastation, known simply as Uni, breathed deeply as she looked out over the expanse of the riverbank, a walking stick in one hand. Ever since she had rescued her crush and fellow goddess Nepgear from certain death by quicksand, she hadn't been able to get the image of her covered in mud out of her mind. Not to mention the wet, slimy feel of the mud as she had led Nepgear to a nearby pond to rinse off.

But Uni wasn't stupid, either- there was no way in the Gamindustri Graveyard she was going to try sinking in the same pit that nearly claimed her fellow goddess' life... Instead she'd used a Boogle Maps app to find other mucky spots, and this one had seemed the most promising. She'd also flown over it in HDD and used her walking stick to check the thickness of the mud- it had been easier for her to extract it from this mud than from the deadly pit from earlier. So hopefully she would be able to dig herself out without help...

A gentle breeze blew, lightly tousling Uni's twin-tails as she closed her eyes and took a breath. It was time... this was the moment of truth, as she finally took that fateful step...

The river muck was only shin-deep at first, the CPU Candidate using her walking stick to keep her balance to trudge out farther... Then it was up to her knees, making it more difficult to move forward... then about ten feet out, the bottom seemed to drop out under Uni's feet, sinking down to her rear end in the goop...

"Ohhh, crap, I'm sinking," Uni grunted as she felt the quick-mud bulge against her panties, causing a strange, but not unpleasant sensation. She looked down, seeing the skirt of her trademark black dress spread over the surface, before the muck seemed to breach the 'wall' and flow over it, the hem being the last thing to sink under.

Uni kept a firm grip on her stick as the muck counted her ribs, vaguely aware that her other arm had already sank beneath the surface... Then her slight bosom started pressing into the moist surface, causing her to shiver from it's cool touch.

"Oh, yeah," Uni moaned as the quicksand fondled her breasts from underneath. It appeared that she had stopped sinking for the moment, so she released her grip on her walking stick, leaving it sticking out of the mud as she laid her arm on the surface. After a few moments' consideration, she went and pressed her arm down, sinking it into the mud, but keeping it just below the surface so she could extract it later... her muddy fingers briefly re-emerged, wiggling a bit, before sinking back under.

"Ohhh my gosh," the black-haired goddess moaned, her heart beating rapidly in her chest from all the mixed emotions she was experiencing- contentment, fear, disgust, helplessness, triumph, even arousal. She slowly squirmed and twisted her body in the river muck, feeling it slime all over her submerged body, looking down and seeing the shiny surface ripple slightly with her movements...

A wave of heat suddenly surged through Uni, causing her to quake intensely, the quick-mud responding by fondling more of her bosom... "Oh yes," she breathed out as she clenched her hands into fists beneath the surface, feeling the muck squish around her fingers... "Oh, Nepgear... you have no idea how good this feels..."

"Well, from the way you're acting, I can kinda guess..." another voice suddenly spoke, Uni shrieking in surprise as her eyes shot open and she looked around, her tails whipping about her... then she got the idea to look up. Sure enough, there was Nepgear, in her HDD form of Purple Sister.

"Oh crap...!" Uni grunted as her face turned beet-red. "J-just how long were you watching?!"

"I just got here, actually," Purple Sister admitted. "I actually called out to you from the other side of the river, but I guess you didn't hear me... Goodness, stop looking like you're gonna die of embarrassment! I'm not gonna tell anyone..."

"Y-you promise?"

"Cross my heart and hope to die."

"O-okay..." Uni took a few deep breaths to calm herself, her luminescent blush fading somewhat. "B-but what are you doing out here anyway...?"

"Eheheh... Would you believe, the same reason as you?" Nepgear chuckled nervously.

"Wh- really?!" Uni gasped as she locked eyes with her fellow goddess. "I thought that after nearly dying in quicksand, you'd want nothing to do with it ever again..."

"Well... that's the thing, see..." Purple Sister stammered. "Actually, I've been kind of having nightmares about that day... where I would sink all the way under, then my hands would vanish, and no-one came to save me... It's really been affecting my work. So I thought the best way to deal with my trauma was to confront it head-on, like an RPG boss. So I used Boogle Maps to try and find a muddy spot that wasn't quite so treacherous..."

"Great minds think alike," Uni muttered. "Y'know, you and I both being here might actually be a good thing... we could help each other get out of this stuff if we get hopelessly stuck or something..."

"I was just thinking the same thing," Nepgear nodded, hovering down until her feet were nearly touching the mud. "OK, here I go..." With that, her transformation reverted, the CPU Candidate once again clad in her button-up sailor uniform as gravity reasserted itself, plunging her past her knees in an instant. "Oh, goodness!" she gasped as she swiftly sank to her thighs, her skirt spreading somewhat...

Uni was transfixed by the sight, her mouth slightly open as she watch her crush slowly sink in front of her... (Someone pinch me, I gotta be dreaming... I have to be!) But then she snapped back to her senses, shaking her head a little as she pulled her right arm back above the surface, gently grasping Nepgear's hand. "H-how are you feeling, Nepgear?"

"A little scared," She replied with a nervous smile as she sank past her waist. "B-but it helps having you here..." Uni's face heated up at that, as she continued to watch Nepgear sink, until she slowed to a stop at chest depth, just like her companion. Nepgear then closed her eyes, breathing slowly as she gripped Uni's hand a little tighter.

"It's not quite as thick as that other stuff," Uni spoke up, "So we should be able to dig ourselves out, if we go slow..."

"R...right," the other goddess nodded. "A-at least this stuff doesn't constantly suck me down... Phew." She opened her eyes, looking at Uni's flushed, smiling face. "You know, you look kinda cute when you smile like that..."

"Really? Uh, I mean you too!" Uni stammered as she blushed even deeper, staring into Nepgear's light-purple orbs as she subconsciously pulled her a little closer. "I ... almost wanna kiss you..." (Oh crap! I said that out loud, didn't I?!) she internally freaked.

The other goddess' eyes went wide at this, before smiling. "I... If you really want to, Uni... I won't stop you..."

(Sh... she did NOT just give permission,) Uni thought in disbelief, even as she pulled Nepgear a little closer, not breaking her gaze as she moved in... their noses actually touched first, the Lastastion CPU Candidate tilting her head back ever-so-slightly to compensate... then she she felt moisture on her lips, inhaling through her nose as one of her deepest dreams became reality... The twin-tailed goddess shivered and moaned, closing her eyes as she pressed down a little harder on Nepgear's mouth...

"Mmmm..." Nepgear sighed in response, her own eyes sliding shut as she and Uni settled into their kiss... their arms moved slowly through the quick-mud, until they were embracing, pulling their bodies together... then their crotches met, causing them both to break away and gasp for air as a wave of heat surged through them both... "I... I think I feel your panties..."

"Y-yeah... the quicksand pushed my skirt up," Uni grunted. "Feels like your skirt got bunched up a bit too..."

"I think you're right..." Nepgear giggled lightly at that, blushing deeper as she realized Uni's bust and hard nipples were pressing into her own bosom. "Goodness... it's almost like this quicksand wants to have it's way with us..."

"Ugh!" Uni grunted as she abruptly bucked against her companion. "I-I wish you hadn't s-said that..." She bucked again, stars flashing in her vision as a result.

"U-Uni! Stop it!" Nepgear ordered, stars in her vision as well. "W-we can't do that here, the quicksand will suck us under!"

"I- can't- stop- now!" Uni cried out, as she continued to thrust against her fellow goddess.

"Oh- goodness-!" Nepgear grunted as her own body succumbed to pleasure, writhing and bucking against Uni, feeling the quicksand shift and suck at her body, multiplying the intense sensations... She could feel the river muck swallow her bosom completely, making it harder to breathe, but it only further intensified her pleasure. "Oh- yes- oh- yeah-!"

"Uh! Uh! UGH!" Uni gasped, completely out of her mind with arousal now, only vaguely aware of the quicksand rising up her neck, though she threw her head back anyway, from the high-voltage waves of pleasure coursing through her young body...

Nepgear tilted her head back as well, feeling the soft mud cradle the back of her head like a wet pillow... She was close, so close, bucking harder to get it over with... "OOOOOOOOOHHHHHH!" she screamed as her body finally gave itself over to ecstasy...

"UUWWAAAAAHHHH!" Uni cried out as she orgasmed right alongside Nepgear, the quicksand rippling and heaving around their faces, their eyes tightly shut... then they submerged, quicksand flowing into their mouths and cutting off their vision, before swallowing their noses, leaving nothing but Uni's twin-tails and a few strands of Nepgear's long hair above the surface...

(Goodness... so that's what an orgasm feels like...) Nepgear thought as she finally regained her senses. Despite being totally submerged, she wasn't afraid at all, unlike last time... Most likely because she wasn't alone this time, as she could still feel Uni's body embracing her... (At least... I won't die alone... I'm sorry, Neptune, Histoire... Noire...)

But just as she had resigned herself to her fate, she felt herself suddenly rise quickly through the mud, then it fell off her, as she realized she and Uni were in open air again! (How...?!) She coughed out mud as somebody wiped the thick muck from her face, until she could finally open her eyes again...

Seeing Uni's face, except her eyes were now a bright green, with power-symbols for pupils, and white hair... Somehow, she had transformed into her HDD form, Black Sister! "Nepgear! Say something! Are you OK?!"

"U-*cough* Uni! I'm... *cough* I'm OK... I think." The mud-covered goddess turned her head and spat out as much mud from her mouth as she could. "Th-thank goodness... you saved us." Looking down, Nepgear realized they were flying over the river to the other side.

"Hope the other riverbank's solid," Black Sister grunted. Thankfully it was, the HDD goddess gently setting her charge down before reverting to Uni, panting slightly for breath on her hands and knees.

"H... how did you do that?" Nepgear inquired as she flopped on her back, her chest heaving as she looked up at the clouds in the sky.

"I think... it was desperation," Uni gasped out. "Didn't wanna die... so I tried channeling the energy of my orgasm into my HDD, somehow... surprised it worked, at least long enough to get us out."

"Really? Kinda wish I'd thought of that..." Nepgear sighed. "Goodness, my clothes are completely dirty..."

"Yeah, sorry," the other goddess apologized, "Didn't mean to... lose control like that... didn't even... wanna go that far... to begin with..."

The lilac-haired girl just giggled lightly in response. "It's OK, Uni... after all, you *did* get us out, so I think I can forgive you this time."

"Oh... OK, good." Uni pulled herself into a sitting position on her knees, wiping some muck away from her arms. "Y'know, this probably kinda goes without saying, but I think next time, we should wallow in one of the shallower areas.. Er, I mean, if you want..."

"That's probably a good idea," Nepgear agreed as she sat up herself, "though it was kinda fun sinking with you, other than the almost-drowning part..."

"So... does that mean you're not gonna have nightmares anymore?" Uni ventured.

"Probably not... if only because I know you'll be there to save me." Nepgear couldn't help but smile as her newfound lover looked away, likely blushing, though mud still covered most of her face. "Anyway, we should get in the river and wash off in earnest..."

"Right," Uni nodded, as she started making her way to the water... "But next time, let's just have a more traditional date, OK?"

"Sure thing," Nepgear agreed as she entered the cool, clear water, the river flow already starting to strip the mud away from her legs... "Let's just hope Noire doesn't get jealous..."

Well, like Uni herself said, she didn't really want to get jiggy with Nepgear right then and there, but events just ended up spiraling out of her control Glad you enjoyed the story regardless.

Hey, DJlurker, I hadn't yet read this offering of yours until recent comments brought it to the top of the list. I'm not familiar with the "Hyperdimension Neptunia" characters or story line, but I found your story very sexy and enjoyable nonetheless. Some of my old quicksand stories and drawings from thirty years ago (none of which still survive, unfortunately) also featured a couple of women ("Anna" and "Joyce") who would have sexy quicksand adventures with each other, so I have a fond place in my heart for such scenarios.

The Neptunia series is my favorite franchise of all time, and has been for about 9 months now. Glad I decided to pop back in here again and find this story, might write one of my own Neptunia QS stories one day, we’ll just have to see.
