Fun fact: Freedom of speech laws vary greatly from country to country and generally only mean the government won't persecute or prosecute one for what they they (and there are still limits everywhere).

Freedom of speech does NOT grant one immunity from the consequences of said speech.

Also, whenever you hear someone say it's "unAmerican" with regards to free speech, on the Internet no less, you can safely assume they have a very dim view of the rest of the world and indeed have trouble that the Internet is not some wholly American thing.

Furthermore, a PRIVATE WEB SITE can do pretty much whatever it wants. No one has any rights whatsoever here.

He has many alternate names and personalities across several forums. You may be one of them and he’s not even aware of it. For certain he has been talking to himself with several conversations on the board.

It is a poor idea to assume that anyone is anyone else. Please judge Sinkman61 on what he has done under this one handle only.

That is the only fair way to handle things unless you have computer-generated proof of multiple accounts from the same source.

He did post an email and a phone number. He is not exactly in hiding.

My opinion is that he is being his very own self and he really is this way. And that happens sometimes.

I do confess my evidence is only circumstantial but it is backed by a great deal of past history. I really wish the mods had not allowed this to continue because stuff like this never improves with age. It's got nothing to do with why anyone comes here and in the end just leaves a bad feeling. Of course if I'm right then that was the goal all along anyway. Mission accomplished.

During my time as moderator I was pretty active about checking ip addresses on accounts to catch certain activities. It gave me great insight into some of the misbehavior in the background that you never hear about. This experience and some other activities that I'll sit on for now are what has lead me to say some of the things I have. I don't know why but it's not something the current mods seem to pursue any longer. Really no idea why other than they have better things to do.
