Couple of good ones there for different reasons - Smooth move with the bamboo. Difficult to do that one around here without a chainsaw. The second one was really kind of cool. Not quite as much for the sinking as they demonstrations they did about actually rescuing someone who was actually stuck. I liked it.

Episode 36 of Pokemon Journeys has a scene where some background characters are sinking into a Ant Lion style pit created by a Trapinch.

Episode 6 of Plunderer has a scene where a woman gets pulled into the ground by tentacle like arms. (this series may have more scenes like this. I only have the one episode so far)
