Inadequate connectivity for rural users has been discussed here a few times. Spacex had an interesting presentation about bringing service to an isolated tribe in Canada during this mornings launch of StarLink Satellites - https://youtu.be/84Nct_Q9Lqw?t=644
The system is still in Beta Test but they hope to be at least all over North America by this summer. It grows by 60 satellites with each launch.

They did another launch today.

Yes, this was part of the broadcast. Spacex is trying to do two a month but weather and other priorities are slowing things down a bit. Launches from the west coast at Vandenberg AFB will resume soon. I'm looking toward when we can broadcast directly from some jungle girl's swamp.
