Hey, I noticed that this past weeks episode of Charmed had a CGI quicksand scene. The girls get trapped in some sort of house prison and it attacks one of the sisters. Check out the video below.

Nice catch. If they had only put her in the yard and thrown a little mud on her. I'd love to see the details on how they did it.

I second madmax good start but super fast middle but going under was a bonus! Good scene!

I agree with everyone else - overall, an excellent live action/cgi scene.
Very curious as to how the production team accomplished all this - clearly a green screen-type setup is involved, but the waves - those are particularly well done.
I also wonder how many takes of the scene were done.
