Yea, he looked awfully familiar in Titanic. Turns out it was because of Tron. I'm not much of a Trekkie.
In any case, he made quite the impression in Titanic, IMO. RIP

Don't forget "Time After Time", where he played Dr. John Stevenson (aka Jack the Ripper).
A pretty decent time-travel movie. He was positively creepy (in the role).

“Chain of command”, Star Trek:TNG. One of the best episodes of the series.
