What do to now?



Try adding:

--reinstall-torch --reinstall-xformers

to the COMMANDLINE_ARGS line in your webui-user.bat file. The line should then read:

set COMMANDLINE_ARGS= --xformers --autolaunch --reinstall-torch --reinstall-xformers

Run the webui-user.bat as you normally would to start SD, the new parameters should cause xformers and torch to be reinstalled.

If this is successful, change the COMANDLINE_ARGS line back to how it was originally (you don't want to do the reinstall every time you start SD.
